Who we are
Ingrid and Christian Kainz are the people behind Holiday Kainz. Reliably and discreetly offering property for sale, long-term rental or holiday rental. Originally, we come from Austria – Salzburg and Carinthia. However, Mallorca has been our new additional home since 2011.
Experience
Due to almost 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, we know exactly what we are talking about. By providing personal and individual support as well as personal service on site, we can offer a good selection of houses in Mallorca, Austria – Carinthia and Germany – Bavaria. We know the real estate sector in the area’s we are working inside out and are familiar with the locations and the infrastructure. Therefore, we are the first source of information for our customers when it comes to questions concerning houses.
Languages
We speak fluent German, English and Spanish, so there will be no language barriers between us.
